Let AI write your follow-ups

Your CRM knows when you last talked to someone. AI can use that to write follow-ups that actually sound like you.

The idea

Most CRMs keep track of when you last talked to each client. That little field just sits there, doing nothing.

But you can connect it to an AI — like Claude — so that when a lead goes quiet for a week, it automatically writes a short, friendly follow-up. Not a template. An actual personal message, based on the notes from your last conversation.

Why it's better than templates

Templates feel like templates. People ignore them. But when AI writes something fresh using the real context from your CRM — the person's name, what you talked about, what they were interested in — the response rate goes way up. We've seen 2–3x in early tests.

How it works in practice

You set a rule: "if I haven't talked to this person in 7 days and the deal is still open, write a follow-up." The automation picks up the contact info, sends it to Claude, gets a message back, and routes it through your email. You don't do anything.

It runs quietly in the background. Your leads stay warm without you watching the clock.

Tools like Make.com or n8n can set this up — or we can do it for you. That's kind of our thing.
