2. Data we process

• Applications: name, email, company, website, market and offer, goal, bottleneck, start window, budget, language, source and the separate Field Notes choice.
• Field Notes: email and, when the Resend configuration supports it, language, source, consent date and referrer.
• Abuse prevention: an IP address held temporarily in memory to limit repeated submissions.
• Analytics: application start and submission, Field Notes subscription and affiliate-click events. We do not send emails, full affiliate URLs or form text to analytics.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Assessing and replying to an application: pre-contractual steps requested by you.
• Sending Field Notes: your explicit consent. The choice is separate and unchecked.
• Security and aggregate analytics: our legitimate interest in protecting and improving the service without profiling people.

Applicants are never added to Field Notes automatically. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Processors and storage

• Resend: delivers and stores application and confirmation emails, and manages Field Notes contacts, segments and unsubscribe preferences.
• Vercel: hosts the website and provides aggregate event analytics.
• AC0 mailbox: receives applications so we can assess and reply to them.

An application does not create a CRM record. Providers may process data outside the EEA under their contractual data-protection mechanisms.

5. Retention

• Applications that do not become an active relationship are deleted after 12 months.
• Active client data is retained for the relationship and applicable legal periods.
• Field Notes data is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• In-memory rate-limit IP records expire after approximately 15 minutes and do not form a lead database.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent, by emailing hi@ac0.ai. Every Field Notes issue includes an unsubscribe option.

You may also complain to Spain's Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
