One thing to work on.
The customer wanted time to think. A next contact was relevant, but no day was agreed.
Agree a day before you end the call.

“I’ll think it over.”
“Of course. Let us know if you have any questions.”
Written for this illustration. In the workspace, coaches can also open the source recording.
A focused workspace, connected to the calling, communication and order systems already in use.
01 / The work behind it
Plenty of conversations. A scattered picture.
A coach needs to understand what happened in a call and how it relates to the rest of the work. Call reviews, customer activity and sales information were spread across different systems.
AC0 Coaching grew from our work with the same client as AC0 Assistant. We built a dedicated dashboard where a coach can find a call worth discussing, inspect the source material and make the feedback specific.
02 / How it works
From a finished call to a focused conversation.
- 01
Read the call in context.
Aircall transcripts distinguish the colleague from the customer. The assessment looks at what the colleague actually said, alongside the available customer and sales activity.
- 02
Find the point that matters.
The review surfaces follow-up needs, escalation, missed opportunities and a concrete improvement point. Follow-up is assessed separately: was a specific next contact agreed when it was relevant?
- 03
Go back to the source.
Coaches can open the call recording, review the example with a colleague and use the team and individual views to prepare their next coaching conversation.
03 / What the team can do
Useful in the everyday.
A clear reason to review a call.
Call assessments surface cases that need attention, with summaries, improvement points and relevant missed opportunities.
Follow-up made visible.
The workspace distinguishes an agreed next day from a vague promise or no follow-up, only for conversations where a next contact is relevant.
Activity beside actual sales.
Call activity, offers and replies sit alongside sales from the order system. Coaches can inspect both the work and the commercial record.
